Customer Responsibility

Successful growth depends on proper care, including but not limited to watering, sunlight, soil quality, temperature, and planting techniques. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow appropriate care instructions.

No Guarantee of Growth

We do not guarantee germination rates, flowering, fruiting, or long-term plant survival, as these are influenced by factors beyond our control.

Shipping Stress

Live plants may experience stress during transit, including wilting, leaf drop, or minor cosmetic damage. This is normal and does not necessarily indicate that the plant is unhealthy or dead.
